Your benefits at a glance

Flexible from a single piece to a large order

With us, there is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value. We take the same care with every one of your orders, whether it is a single piece or a large order. Every day, over 4,000 running metres of transfer film leave our premises. Thanks to new machines and state-of-the-art production equipment, even over 500 m of DTF transfer by the metre is no problem.

You do not need your own DTF printer for this. We print, and you apply the finished transfers to the textile with your heat press, without any weeding.

• 600 mm print width: We print Standard DTF and Blockout DTF on 600 mm wide rolls. This gives you more usable area per metre and lets you fit wider designs in one piece. We print UV DTF and CUT DTF 560 mm wide.
• The right format: You can get Standard DTF as A4, A3, half metre or by the metre. With custom length, you decide the length yourself, from 10 cm to 3 m, and pay for exactly the size you set up.
• One design, many copies: With the single design, you upload one design and only set the quantity. The arrangement on the sheet is worked out automatically, and you pay for the design area multiplied by the quantity: a design of 100 x 100 mm costs from €0.29 net with Standard DTF, from €0.37 net with the Blockout single design and from €0.42 net with the UV DTF single design. It is delivered as one continuous sheet, and you cut out the designs yourself.
• Many files in one go: You upload several files by drag and drop and enter the quantity for each one.
• Tiered prices: There are tiered prices for sheets in A4 and A3, the half metre, by the metre and custom length: the more you order, the cheaper each piece or metre becomes. All files you upload for one product count together, and you can see the price tiers directly on the product. There are no tiered prices for the single design and for some express formats, for example Standard DTF Express in A4 and A3.
• Without a graphics program: In the DTF Designer, you put your gang sheet together online yourself, for Standard DTF, Blockout DTF and UV DTF Standard. With a customer account, you save it under ‘Projekte’ (projects): saved projects are kept for one year, are available on every device you are logged in on and can be opened again for a repeat order. Without an account, the Designer only saves your draft in your browser.

Short delivery times: standard and express

We produce in Germany, at our site in Niederkrüchten. Printing, inspection and packing all take place in-house until we hand your parcel over to the carrier. This way, we do not lose any time along the way.

Standard production in 1 to 3 working days

We produce standard orders within 1 to 3 working days. After that comes the shipping time, which is 1 to 5 working days with standard shipping. You can also collect your order from us in Niederkrüchten and save the shipping costs. As soon as it is ready for collection, you will receive an email.

Express DTF prints: production on the same working day

Sometimes it has to be quick. Modern printing technology, well-established processes and a motivated team make it possible to produce even large quantities of DTF transfers as express orders. We produce express orders on the same working day if payment and error-free files are in by 11:00 German time (up to 10 metres by 14:00). With express shipping, your parcel goes out on the same day and reaches you in 1 to 2 working days. With standard shipping, it can also still go out on the same day, but delivery then takes longer.

• The cut-off at 11:00 (German time) applies without any quantity limit. There is no express production at weekends or on public holidays.
• You select express shipping with DHL Express or UPS Express as an extra in the basket, and only with express products.
• Express is available for Standard DTF, Blockout DTF, UV DTF in Standard, Matt and Transparent, and sublimation in the 500 x 1100 mm format, but not for Designer orders, CUT DTF, single designs, colour charts or the Sample Pack.
• There is no Pro File Check with express, so your file must already be print-ready when you upload it.

DTF prints in the best quality

Good prints are not created at the push of a button. A team of in-house technicians takes care of calibrating and fine-tuning our machines every day and is on hand immediately if a machine needs help. Checks run through the entire process: we pay attention to exact colours, clean outlines, the right amount of powder and careful curing. Our aim is for your print to look exactly the same on a repeat order as it did the first time.

• Vivid on light and dark: Standard DTF is printed in colour in CMYK and backed with opaque white. This is why your design stands out even on dark textiles.
• Wash-resistant: Washed at 30 °C, Standard DTF lasts at least 60 washes, and the care instructions for your customers are on every DTF product page in the ‘Template’ tab. The article Most common mistakes and how to fix them explains what to look out for when washing.
• Match colours in advance: The DTF colour chart shows you 964 colour swatches as a real DTF print, each labelled with its CMYK value. All 964 colour values are also available for reference as a PDF download. We do not change any colour values. However, an RGB file or a PNG is converted to CMYK for printing.

With us, you do not end up in a phone queue, but talk to people who know about DTF. We treat you as an equal and help you with questions about material, transfer type, print files or order quantity, before, during and after your order.

• File errors: If we notice an error in a file, we contact you by email. Only then can a file be swapped: by arrangement during our business hours from 9:00 to 16:00 (German time), by email to info@dtf-king.de or via our WeTransfer link, always quoting your order number.
• Pro File Check: Want to be on the safe side? You can add the Pro File Check to your order. We then check the format, the colour mode with colour profile and the main transparency of your gang sheet before production. The resolution, transparency within your design and design work are not included. The Pro File Check is not available for express, Designer and single design orders.
• Payment: including PayPal, card, SEPA direct debit or invoice. You can see what is available for your order at checkout.

Everything from one source: our range

At DTF-King, you get not only classic DTF transfers but a whole range from one source:

• Standard DTF for cotton and blends with at least 70% cotton.
• Blockout DTF for dyed polyester and blends with at least 40% polyester. Its special adhesive reduces the risk of dye migration, also known as resublimation, significantly, but cannot rule it out for every textile. More on this in the article Blockout DTF transfer for critical textiles.
• UV DTF as self-adhesive rub-on stickers for smooth, hard surfaces such as glass, ceramics or metal. You apply them without heat, and they are not intended for textiles.
• Sublimation for light textiles with at least 80% polyester and coated blanks such as mugs. White is not printed, and white areas stay blank.
• CUT DTF and CUT Blockout with designs that are pre-cut along your outline.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order quantity at DTF-King?

No. We produce from a single piece and without a minimum order value, whether you order A4, A3 or by the metre. Depending on the product, the price falls as the quantity rises through tiered prices, but there are no tiered prices for the single design.

Does DTF-King offer a file check and express shipping?

Yes, both, but not for the same product. You add the Pro File Check to your order, but it is not available for express, Designer and single design products. You can only choose express shipping with express products. So if you order express, your file must already be print-ready when you upload it.

Can I test DTF transfers first?

Yes. The Sample Pack contains seven samples from Standard DTF to sublimation, or you can order an A4 sheet with your own design. Always test on an offcut. Our article Which product suits my project? shows you how to use it to find the right product.

Does DTF-King also deliver abroad?

Yes. International shipping is handled by UPS, so allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. You can find out which countries we deliver to and what shipping costs in the shipping and payment terms. We cannot deliver to parcel lockers (Packstation), so always enter a home or business address.
