Colour-accurate printing instead of guessing on screen
Your screen glows, a printed textile does not. A monitor mixes colour from light, whereas a DTF transfer mixes it from pigment that sits on the fabric. That is exactly why a shade on the shirt almost always looks different from how it looked on the computer. What you get here is therefore not a screen sample or a paper sample, but a real printed DTF transfer.
The colour chart contains 964 colour swatches, each labelled with its CMYK value underneath. This means colour matching happens before production, including any adjustments, rather than as a correction after the first proof.
The colour chart is delivered on a roll, printed as a DTF transfer.
Colour charts are excluded from complaints. This does not apply to defective colour charts.

Express DTF transfer in a custom length
The custom length comes as a continuous transfer roll with a 600 mm roll width. You decide how long your roll will be; anything between 10 centimetres and 3 metres in one piece is possible. We invoice exactly the size you set up, and nothing is rounded up to full metres. If you only need a short piece for a repeat run, you only pay for the centimetres of that run. With express, your order moves up the print queue, which helps you with tight deadlines.

Print-ready files are a must
There is no Pro File Check in express production, so your file must reach us completely print-ready. Single-page files as PDF or PNG are allowed, each up to a maximum of 500 MB. A multi-page PDF cannot be uploaded at all, so each page gets its own file. If we notice something in a file, we will contact you by email, and you can send the corrected print file by email or through our WeTransfer link, always quoting your order number.
How to build your roll
The document is 600 mm wide; for the length, enter the size you want to order, i.e. 100 to 3000 mm. Place several designs close together so that the roll is used efficiently. If possible, work at 300 dpi in CMYK; for the colour profile, we recommend ISO Coated v2 (ECI). The background should be transparent, no line should be thinner than 0.4 mm, and the gang sheet must not be mirrored.
Normal colour gradients within an image or design are fine. We advise against gradients that fade out into transparency, because every trace of colour is backed with white.
How to order
Upload your single-page PDF or PNG files; the length is read directly from the file. Drag and drop additional files and enter the matching quantity for each. Once everything is set up, add the finished configuration to your basket. You will find the current values for temperature, pressing time and pressure in the heat press settings.

Cut-off times (German time): Payment and error-free print files must have reached us by 11:00 at the latest so that processing runs without delay. If your order is up to 10 metres, the file cut-off moves to 14:00. Faulty files and payments that arrive late or incomplete may delay dispatch. Your parcel only goes out on time if payment and print files are with us in time and free of errors.
