Express UV DTF rub-on in a custom length

You get this UV DTF rub-on as a roll made to measure. It is printed 560 mm wide, and you set the length in one piece yourself, from 10 centimetres up to 3 metres. You are charged for the size you set up; there is no rounding up to full metres. The colours are printed in CMYK on an opaque white layer, finished with a glossy protective varnish on top. Because you are choosing the express version here, your order moves forward in the print queue.

Print-ready files are a must here

There is no Pro File Check for this express order, so you must upload your file completely print-ready. Go through these points before uploading:

• PDF or PNG with only one page; the upload rejects a multi-page PDF directly, so upload each page as its own file
• Width 560 mm, length exactly as ordered, i.e. between 100 and 3000 mm
• ideally set up in CMYK and at 300 dpi, fine details not below 0.4 mm
• transparent background wherever nothing should be printed
• around 10 mm of space between two neighbouring designs
• the right way round, i.e. not mirrored, and no larger than 500 MB per file

What you can fit on the roll

Place company logos, product labels or designs for promotional items close together on the roll to make good use of the space. The white underbase covers the surface. The rub-on can be applied to glass, ceramics, metal and compatible plastics. Nothing is plotter cut or weeded. A single piece can be ordered, and there is no minimum order value. How to add the rolls to your basket

Using the multi-upload, upload several single-page PDF or PNG files at once and set a separate quantity for each roll. The length is read from your file. If everything is correct when you review it, the whole list goes into the basket in one step. If we discover an error in a file later on, you will receive an email about it and can send the corrected print file by email or via WeTransfer, quoting your order number.

Cut-off times (German time): Your payment and error-free print files must reach us by 11:00 at the latest so that everything runs without delay. If your order does not exceed 10 metres, file acceptance closes at 14:00. Faulty files and payments that arrive late or incomplete may delay dispatch. So your parcel only goes out on time if payment and print files are with us in time and free of errors.
