DTF transfer in a custom length

You decide on the length yourself: from 10 centimetres to 3 metres in one piece, with a roll width of 600 mm. You are charged for exactly the size you set up; nothing is rounded up to full metres. A short repeat run therefore only costs the centimetres you actually need. You can place several designs side by side across the full roll width and make full use of the roll.

How to set up the print files for your custom length

Your file is 600 mm wide and exactly as long as you want to order, i.e. a value between 100 and 3000 mm. Place the individual designs side by side to save space so that as little of the roll as possible is left unused. If possible, set up the file at 300 dpi in the CMYK colour space. We recommend ISO Coated v2 (ECI) as the colour profile. Work with a transparent background, make lines at least 0.4 mm thick and do not mirror the roll.

Normal colour gradients within an image or design are no problem. We advise against gradients that fade out into transparency, because every trace of colour is backed with white.

How your custom length gets into the basket

First, choose whether to add the optional Pro File Check. Then upload your PDF or PNG files, each as a single page. The length is read from your file. You can add further files by drag and drop and enter how many of each you need. Once everything is set up, add your selection to the basket.

A file may be no larger than 500 MB. The upload field rejects multi-page PDFs before they reach the basket, so upload each page as its own file. If there is a problem with a file, we will send you an email. You can then send us the corrected print file by email or via WeTransfer, always with your order number.
