You are charged for exactly the length your file has, and nothing is rounded up to full metres. An opaque white layer sits beneath the colours so that the designs do not show through even on coloured objects. No glossy clear varnish is used, so the surface hardly reflects any light and does not disturb the matt character of your products. Matt UV DTF rub-on stickers by the metre A metre of UV DTF Matt offers room for runs and mixed design sheets with a low-reflection surface. The white underlay keeps logos opaque even on coloured objects. There is no glossy clear varnish, so designs look more understated on matt products and packaging. Area per sheet: 560 x 1000 mm CMYK plus white, without glossy clear varnish Tiered prices for larger quantities Suitable for labels, promotional items and firm product surfaces No heat press needed File set-up for the matt roll Set up the roll as a PDF or PNG at 560 x 1000 mm, with only one page. For the set-up, we recommend 300 dpi, CMYK colour mode, a transparent background and no elements thinner than 0.4 mm. Leave around 10 mm between the individual designs on the roll, and do not mirror the file. On difficult surfaces, the matt version can be somewhat more sensitive than the glossy standard version. If a run is repeated several times, stick to one batch of material and coating. How to order the matt film by the metre First, decide whether to add the Pro File Check. Then upload each sheet variant you want and enter the matching quantity. Once everything is assigned, the entire order goes into the basket. An upload file may be no larger than 500 MB. Matt UV DTF rub-on stickers, 560 x 500 mm The half metre is intended for smaller runs where designs should look opaque but not glossy. You can arrange various company logos, labels and packaging designs side by side on the 560 x 500 mm area. Applied using the rub-on method, the designs leave no edge, unlike a classic sticker. There is no general approval for the dishwasher, and you should rule out direct contact with food. Test the adhesion on your customer’s item before a larger run follows. Matt UV DTF rub-on stickers in A3 A3 offers space for one larger, low-reflection design or several matt logos. There is a white layer beneath the colours so that they are opaque; the surface nevertheless remains matt and without gloss. The sheet is a good choice for premium product packaging, for labelling devices and for signs. Keep lines and free-standing details at least 0.4 mm thick and leave around 10 mm between the individual designs. There is no trimming or scaling to A3. Your file comes to us unmirrored and with a transparent background. The matt version may adhere differently to some coatings than the standard version, so test a new material before you order a run. Take care with silicone, heavily textured surfaces, oil, flexible materials and special coatings. Matt UV DTF rub-on stickers in A4 A4 is suitable for individual matt logos, material tests and small groups of designs. A white layer under the design keeps the colours opaque, and without a glossy varnish on top, the surface reflects less light. The matt sheet is intended for packaging without gloss, for signs and for subtle branding on firm surfaces. Sheet size 210 x 297 mm Printed in CMYK with opaque white, no glossy clear varnish Available from a single piece, tiered prices by quantity Applied without a press, no weeding A test on the original material is recommended Print files for the matt UV DTF sheet in A4 As a print file, you need a single PDF or PNG page, unmirrored and already at the final size of 210 x 297 mm. Matt UV DTF stickers are not food-safe. On drinkware, place the design so that there is enough distance from the rim. Express matt UV DTF rub-on stickers in a custom length This product is a continuous UV DTF roll in a matt version, and you set its length yourself: 10 centimetres to 3 metres in one piece, at a print width of 560 mm. You are charged for exactly the size you set up; there is no rounding up to full metres. The roll gets four print colours and an opaque white layer; glossy clear varnish is left out, so the surface hardly reflects. You place company logos, product labels and designs for promotional items side by side on the roll in a space-saving way. With express, your order gets priority in the print queue. You do not need heat; the design is applied directly to the cleaned surface. Cut-off times (German time): We take care of dispatching your parcel on time. From you, we need two things: a payment that reaches us in time and error-free print files. If the files arrive faulty or the payment is late or only partial, dispatch may be delayed. Payment and error-free print files must therefore be with us by 11:00 at the latest, and then everything runs without delay. Your files can reach us by 14:00, provided your order does not exceed 10 metres. Matt UV DTF rub-on stickers 560 x 500 mm Express For urgent small runs, a half metre of matt UV DTF is ideal when glossy logos do not suit the surface or the brand. On the 560 x 500 mm area, you arrange several designs side by side and then apply them without a press to suitable hard objects. Cut-off times (German time): We take care of dispatching your parcel on time. From you, we need a payment that reaches us in time and error-free print files. If the files are faulty or the payment arrives late or incomplete, dispatch may be delayed. Payment and error-free print files must be with us by 11:00 at the latest so that everything runs smoothly. Matt UV DTF rub-on stickers, A3 Express The sheet measures 297 x 420 mm. The sticker is transferred onto firm surfaces without heat; that is the rub-on principle. It is printed with four colours and an opaque white layer, without the glossy clear varnish. The area holds one large logo just as well as several small designs. The matt surface An opaque white layer sits beneath the colours, so the design is opaque even on coloured objects. There is no glossy clear varnish on top, so the surface reflects little. More about the matt version can be found in the overview. UV DTF is not intended to come into direct contact with food or the mouth. Create UV DTF rub-on stickers in the Designer In the Designer for UV DTF Standard, you put together your own sheet of rub-on stickers. They go onto the object without heat and without a press. Please note: Orders placed via the Designer cannot be cancelled or claimed under a complaint, as the Designer software points out errors and problems. No Pro File Check is carried out for Designer orders. There is NO express option for Designer orders. You can upload PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG and GIF; PNG is best for cut-out designs. You remove white backgrounds with one click, and designs can be duplicated, rotated, scaled and aligned. Neither the Designer nor we carry out design work or improvements. Peel off the backing film. Place the sticker and align it. Press down evenly and slowly peel off the transfer film; a little warmth makes it easier. Sample Pack All in One: test DTF, UV DTF and sublimation before you order How a print feels, how sharp its edges are and how well it covers only becomes clear on the finished print, not on screen. That is why the Sample Pack contains test prints of our products and other prints, so you can feel the differences for yourself before you place your first larger order. These samples are included Test print with DTF standard adhesive Test print with DTF Blockout adhesive Mini colour chart as a sample UV DTF standard print as a sample UV DTF print in matt as a sample UV DTF print in transparent as a sample Sublimation print as a sample Standard and Blockout in direct comparison For cotton and cotton blends, the DTF standard adhesive is intended. The Blockout adhesive was developed for dyed polyester textiles and holds back dyes that could otherwise migrate into light areas of the design under the heat of the press. The surest way to tell which adhesive suits which textile is to lay both samples side by side and feel them yourself. You will find the details under DTF transfers. UV DTF in three finishes The pack contains three versions of UV DTF: Standard is opaque and glossy, Matt has a more understated surface, and Transparent has no white print, so the surface shows through the design. The quickest way to find out which one suits your material is to place the samples on the surface you want to decorate, i.e. on the glass, metal or plastic. More details under UV DTF transfers. How to go about testing First, go through the samples by hand and pay attention to how they feel and how the edges look. In the second step, press one of them with your own press onto a textile that you sell yourself. The test piece then goes in the wash, following the care instructions of the textile and ideally over several cycles, so that you can judge colour fastness and edges after washing too. You will find everything about application in the FAQ. Always do the test on an offcut and never on a finished item from a customer order.

The colour reference for glass, metal and plastic On hard surfaces, the same colour value looks different every time. Metal with a glossy surface reflects light, a shade gets lost in dark plastic, and satin-finished glass scatters light in all directions. Printed swatches therefore show you what result UV DTF actually delivers before you commission a run. NOTE: This colour chart is printed in the UV DTF Standard version. If you need it in matt or transparent, send us an email directly after your order, stating your order number and the version you want, to info@dtf-king.de. It is not intended for our other printing processes, as the colours turn out differently there. Why there is a separate chart for UV DTF A UV DTF transfer is not a transfer for textiles. What you have in front of you are self-adhesive rub-on stickers for smooth, firm surfaces. Instead of pressing it, you rub the design on and then remove the transfer film. The ink does not soak into any fibre; it sits as a layer on top of the material. That is why the values of the textile chart do not apply here. How the stickers are applied is explained under UV DTF transfers. Which materials to use the chart for Glass and mirrors in clear and satin finish Brushed and painted metal Smooth plastic and varnished wood Ceramics and glazed surfaces Place the chart directly on the material that will be printed later and look at it in daylight. How a value looks in the end only becomes clear on the real surface. What the set includes You will receive 10 colour charts in A3 format, with 964 colour swatches in CMYK spread across them. Each swatch shows the matching CMYK value, which you can enter directly into your print file. The charts are produced in the glossy UV DTF Standard version. We produce matt and transparent on request. How to keep the colour the same when reordering Work in the CMYK colour space in your file and set the ISO Coated v2 (ECI) colour profile. This is our standard profile for DTF and UV DTF transfers. If you enter the value from the swatch exactly, the shade of a repeat order will turn out just like the first order. You will find everything about setting up files in the FAQ. The set is suitable for textile printers adding hard surfaces to their range, for the sign-making trade and for businesses whose fixed customer colours need to stay the same across several orders. Colour charts are excluded from complaints. This does not apply to defective colour charts.

2 correction rounds The Pro File Check does not include any design work. The file check does not apply to Designer products and express products. The Pro File Check cannot be ordered on its own, i.e. without the associated product order, because we would then have no file to check. If an order contains only the file check, we therefore have no choice but to cancel it. If you would like to add the check afterwards, this must be agreed with our support team.  Not sure whether your uploaded files are set up correctly? Or would you simply like us to check them again? No problem. The Pro File Check is exactly what you need! If we find something in your files that is not right, they will not go to print as they are. Instead, we will contact you and tell you what needs to be adjusted. What we check: Format: Are your files set up in the format you ordered? Colour: Are your files set up in CMYK? Is the correct colour profile embedded?  Is the main transparency set up correctly? In other words, we check that the gang sheet is not completely covered by an area of colour. This only refers to the main transparency of the sheet, not the transparencies within the graphics, because we cannot judge whether they are intended If your files do not meet our requirements, the production and delivery time of your DTF transfers may be extended or postponed by the time it takes for the new files to arrive.
