The colour reference for glass, metal and plastic
On hard surfaces, the same colour value looks different every time. Metal with a glossy surface reflects light, a shade gets lost in dark plastic, and satin-finished glass scatters light in all directions. Printed swatches therefore show you what result UV DTF actually delivers before you commission a run.
NOTE: This colour chart is printed in the UV DTF Standard version. If you need it in matt or transparent, send us an email directly after your order, stating your order number and the version you want, to info@dtf-king.de. It is not intended for our other printing processes, as the colours turn out differently there.
You will receive the colour chart on a roll with 964 colour swatches in CMYK. Each swatch shows the matching CMYK value, which you can enter directly into your print file. The colour chart is produced in the glossy UV DTF Standard version. We produce matt and transparent on request.
Colour charts are excluded from complaints. This does not apply to defective colour charts.

Glossy UV DTF rub-on stickers: Express by the metre
Express by the metre is designed for time-critical runs on hard surfaces. The 560 x 1000 mm area offers room for several logos in different design sizes, for example for promotional items, product labels or personalised hard goods. White print and protective varnish make the designs opaque and glossy.
Cut-off times (German time): We make sure your parcel goes out on time. This requires punctual payment and error-free print files from you. Please note: faulty files or late or incomplete payments can delay dispatch. For everything to run smoothly, both the payment and the error-free print files must have reached us by 11:00 at the latest. For orders up to 10 metres, the file cut-off is 14:00.

How to set up the express metre file
Create a single page in 560 x 1000 mm format, as a PDF or PNG. Set 300 dpi, work in CMYK, keep the background transparent and do not make any detail thinner than 0.4 mm. Leave about 10 mm between designs. Do not mirror the file; as there is no Pro File Check in between, it must reach us completely print-ready.
Send your order in time
Drag and drop several files into the upload and set the quantity for each one separately. The checked selection then goes into the basket and you complete the payment. If your complete order is with us by 11:00, production takes place on the same working day, and with express shipping dispatch too; for up to 10 metres, this limit moves to 14:00.
A maximum of 500 MB applies to each file. A PDF with several pages does not make it through the upload, so each page becomes a separate file here. If a file is faulty, we will send you an email about it. You can then send us the corrected single page by email or via WeTransfer, together with your order number. You only get a faster parcel delivery time if you also select express shipping.
