CUT Blockout DTF by the metre, 560 x 1000 mm

CUT Blockout DTF combines a special adhesive for dyed polyester textiles with contour-cut individual designs. The designs on the sheet are all the same size, can be removed without cutting by hand and are therefore easier to position on jerseys or teamwear. For designs that are needed again and again, and for larger B2B quantities, this saves you working time.

CUT Blockout template and cut paths

Use the file under Template. Draw a closed contour around each individual design, with a line thickness of at least 1 pt. Give this line a spot colour named exactly CutContour. Keep at least 5 mm of space in each case: from cut line to cut line as well as from the line to the printed design. You do not set up anything in your file for the Blockout adhesive. Save the print file as a single page and without mirroring. Set up the design in CMYK, keep the background transparent, and make print elements at least 0.4 mm thick.

How to upload your CUT Blockout sheet

Before uploading, decide whether to add the Pro File Check. Then upload your PDF with all cut paths fully set up, enter the quantity and add the fully configured item to your basket. If you order several sheets, each file gets its own quantity.

Uploads are limited to 500 MB, and multi-page PDFs are not possible. If an error is found, you will receive an email and can send the corrected PDF by email or via WeTransfer, always quoting your order number. Notes for pressing are listed under heat press settings.
