How to order from DTF-King
Ordering your DTF products from us is straightforward: you upload your file directly on the product page, choose the quantity and add everything to your basket. Which route suits you depends on whether you already have finished gang sheets, need one design several times or want to build your sheet online.
Three routes to your transfer

Single design is available for DTF transfer, Blockout and UV DTF, the Designer for DTF transfer, Blockout and, so far, only UV DTF Standard. For sublimation, CUT and express products, you upload finished gang sheets. The three steps below show how the ordering process works on the product page.
Step 1: Upload your print files
Every product page has the field ‘Upload your artwork’. Click ‘Choose files’ or simply drag your files into it, several at once if you like. The upload field measures each file straight away and checks whether the size matches the format. You see a preview and the dimensions.
- PNG or PDF, up to 500 MB per file
- PDFs with one page only, the system does not accept multi-page PDFs
- If your file contains no size information, we assume 300 dpi. If the size shown is not right, save the file again at the correct size.

Step 2: Choose the quantity
Your files are listed one below the other. For each file, you set the quantity with plus and minus or remove it again. For products with tiered prices, all files count together: the more pieces you order in total, the cheaper each one becomes. You see your unit price and the total directly below.
Step 3: Add the file check and put everything in the basket
If you want to be on the safe side, tick the Pro File Check. It is charged once for the whole order. We then check the format, the colour mode with colour profile and the main transparency of your sheet. It is not available for express, Designer and single design orders.
‘Add all files to cart’ puts everything in your basket at once. In the basket, each file appears as its own item with file name and format. If you uploaded files and left the page, the upload field offers to keep using them on your next visit.
Single design: one design, many copies
With a single design, you upload one design and decide how many times it should be printed. The sheet builder works out automatically where the copies go, so you do not need to plan print width or sheet length. You pay by design area, for example €0.29 excl. VAT for a 100 x 100 mm design with DTF transfer. It is delivered as one continuous sheet, nothing is cut individually.
Designer: build your sheet online
In the DTF Designer, you build your gang sheet in the browser. You drag your designs onto the canvas, enter the quantity, let them be arranged automatically or place, rotate and scale them yourself. You can remove backgrounds directly.
- Save projects: with a customer account, you save your sheet under ‘Projekte’ (projects). Saved projects are kept for one year and are available on every device on which you are logged in.
- Reorder later: this way, you can reopen the same designs for a repeat order and do not have to rebuild your sheet.
- The Designer is available for DTF transfer, Blockout and, so far, only for UV DTF Standard, without express and without the Pro File Check.
After your order
- You receive an order confirmation by email.
- We produce standard orders in 1 to 3 working days.
- We produce express orders on the same working day if payment and error-free files have reached us by 11:00 German time (up to 10 metres by 14:00). With express shipping, your parcel leaves the same day and reaches you in 1 to 2 working days.
- If we notice an error in a file, we contact you by email. You then send us the corrected file with your order number.
