On this overview, you will find all express products from DTF-King. These include Standard DTF for cotton, Blockout DTF for polyester textiles at risk of migration, UV DTF Standard, Matt and Transparent for hard surfaces and sublimation for light-coloured polyester items and coated products.
Express refers first of all to production. If your order, error-free print files and payment arrive in time, we produce the order on the same working day, and with express shipping it goes out the same day. For the fastest possible parcel delivery, you must also select express shipping with DHL or UPS during checkout. Only both together, express production and express shipping, result in same-day dispatch.
The regular cut-off time is 11:00 (German time). Orders of up to 10 metres in total can be accepted until 14:00. There is no express production on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

DTF Transfer EXPRESS - Custom Length
Express DTF transfer in a custom length The custom length comes as a continuous transfer roll with a 600 mm roll width. You decide how long your roll will be; anything between 10 centimetres and 3 metres in one piece is possible. We invoice exactly the size you set up, and nothing is rounded up to full metres. If you only need a short piece for a repeat run, you only pay for the centimetres of that run. With express, your order moves up the print queue, which helps you with tight deadlines. Print-ready files are a must There is no Pro File Check in express production, so your file must reach us completely print-ready. Single-page files as PDF or PNG are allowed, each up to a maximum of 500 MB. If a PDF has several pages, it is reported as a file error. If we notice something in a file, we will contact you by email, and you can send the corrected print file by email. How to build your roll The document is 600 mm wide; for the length, enter the size you want to order, i.e. 100 to 3000 mm. Place several designs close together so that the roll is used efficiently. If possible, work at 300 dpi in CMYK; for the colour profile, we recommend ISO Coated v2 (ECI). The background should be transparent, no line should be thinner than 0.4 mm, and the gang sheet must not be mirrored. Normal colour gradients within an image or design are fine. We advise against gradients that fade out into transparency, because every trace of colour is backed with white. How to order Upload your single-page PDF or PNG files; the length is read directly from the file. Drag and drop additional files and enter the matching quantity for each. On the 600 mm wide roll, you place designs in different print sizes, and everything is delivered in one piece as a single continuous sheet. This is particularly useful when workwear has to be ready at short notice, when an event order is due or when a repeat run includes several designs. EXPRESS PRODUCTION! Express UV DTF rub-on in a custom length You get this UV DTF rub-on as a roll made to measure. It is printed 560 mm wide, and you set the length in one piece yourself, from 10 centimetres up to 3 metres. You are charged for the size you set up; there is no rounding up to full metres. The colours are printed in CMYK on an opaque white layer, finished with a glossy protective varnish on top. Here you will find the express conditions in a fixed order. First check product and format, then your print files, cut-off time, shipping method and application.
What does express production mean?
Express production means that a fully received and technically feasible order is produced with priority within the stated time. With express shipping, we hand it over to the shipping carrier on the same working day. Express production is not the same as express shipping.
With standard shipping, the parcel is handed over on the production day, but the transit time follows the normal shipping route. For the fastest possible delivery, also choose DHL Express or UPS Express. In around 95 per cent of cases, such a shipment reaches the customer on the following working day. A guaranteed delivery cannot be derived from the production commitment alone.
Which express product suits your order?
The target material determines the printing process. The express option only speeds up production and does not change which materials a transfer is suitable for.

Which express format is suitable for what?
Choose small formats for individual late additions and large sheets for several designs or runs. Not every process has the same sizes. The specific product page is what counts.

A4 and A3 are not automatically trimmed to format or scaled. Set up your file at exactly the ordered final size.
Preparing print files for express correctly
- Upload a single page as a PDF or PNG at the ordered final size.
- A single file may be no larger than 500 MB.
- A multi-page PDF triggers a file error and you will receive an email to replace it.
- Use 300 dpi if possible and do not mirror your file.
- Work in CMYK. We recommend ISO Coated v2 (ECI) as the colour profile.
- Remove unintended backgrounds and check semi-transparent pixels.
- For DTF, Blockout and UV DTF, create lines at least 0.4 mm thick.
- Note the product-specific differences in white print, design spacing, material and application.
The DTF Designer and the Pro File Check are not available for express products, so your file must already be print-ready when you upload it. Allow enough time before the cut-off, as any necessary queries can delay express production.

Extended cut-off for orders of up to 10 metres in total.

This requires error-free print files and confirmed receipt of payment. For fast delivery, also choose DHL Express or UPS Express during checkout. Public holidays and weekends are not production days.
How to order express products
- First choose the technically right product family and then the express format you need.
- Set the quantity you want and check the tiered prices shown on the product.
- Upload your print-ready single page and add the configured item to the basket.
- For several express jobs, drag the files together into the upload field on the product page. Then assign each uploaded file its own quantity.
- For the fastest possible delivery, choose DHL Express or UPS Express, check payment and order details and complete the order before the cut-off time.
Applying express products correctly
Express production does not change the application parameters. Check the transfer, target material and heat resistance before the run. For DTF and Blockout, use the heat press settings stated on the product. Sublimation depends on the textile or coated item and its manufacturer’s specifications.
UV DTF is rubbed onto a cleaned, smooth and firm surface without a press. Standard is glossy and opaque, Matt low-reflection and opaque, Transparent translucent without white print. With all processes, carry out a test on the same item before a larger run.
If the express order does not go as expected
In the event of a delay, first check whether payment, print files and all mandatory details have been received in full. Stop processing if the transfer or target material does not react as expected.
