Sublimation transfer in A3, 297 x 420 mm

A3 offers room for larger textile designs or several small sublimation prints on one sheet. This covers small runs, back prints and product samples, as long as the item is light-coloured and contains at least 80% polyester. During pressing, the ink bonds with the material, and the feel of the goods remains unchanged.

Setting up the A3 final format correctly

Set up your file directly at 297 x 420 mm. You receive the sheet uncut, in the width of the roll and at the height of the A3 format, and your file is not scaled. We recommend 300 dpi and the ISO Coated v2 300% (ECI) profile, and for pure black the values C 0, M 0, Y 0, K 100. Do not mirror the file. Keep the ink coverage low so that the sheet can dry completely before dispatch.

White is not printed. Where the design contains white, there is no colour information, and the material remains visible there after transfer. This is why dark items do not give an opaque result.

Ordering several A3 sheets

You can add the Pro File Check if needed. Then upload one or more single-page files as PDF or PNG and enter the quantity you want for each file. The basket then shows you the complete configuration and the price tier that matches your order quantity.

A maximum of 500 MB is allowed per file. A multi-page PDF is already turned down in the upload field, so spread the pages across separate files. If something is wrong, we will contact you by email and you can send us a print-ready single page by email or via WeTransfer, stating your order number.
