Express matt UV DTF rub-on stickers in a custom length

This product is a continuous UV DTF roll in a matt version, and you set its length yourself: 10 centimetres to 3 metres in one piece, at a print width of 560 mm. You are charged for exactly the size you set up; there is no rounding up to full metres. The roll gets four print colours and an opaque white layer; glossy clear varnish is left out, so the surface hardly reflects. You place company logos, product labels and designs for promotional items side by side on the roll in a space-saving way. With express, your order gets priority in the print queue.

Your roll needs a finished print file

There is no Pro File Check for express orders, so your roll must reach us exactly as it can be printed. Set it up as a single-page PDF or as a PNG, 560 mm wide and exactly as long as you want to order, i.e. between 100 and 3000 mm. Use 300 dpi if possible, work in CMYK and keep details at least 0.4 mm. A background that should not be printed must be set up as transparent. Do not mirror the file, and leave around 10 mm of space between two designs on the roll. A maximum of 500 MB is possible per file.

Multi-page PDFs are turned away directly at the upload, so upload each page as a separate file. If there is a problem with a file, we will contact you by email, and you can send the corrected print file by email or via WeTransfer, always quoting your order number.

Using the multi-upload, upload several single pages as PDF or PNG and set how often each roll should be printed. The length is read from your file. After checking, add the entire selection to the basket. Select express shipping there as well.

Cut-off times (German time): Payment and error-free print files must be with us by 11:00 so that everything runs without delay. If you order up to 10 metres, we accept print files until 14:00. Faulty files and payments that arrive late or incomplete can delay dispatch. Your parcel only goes out on time if payment and print files are with us punctually and free of errors.
