You set the length yourself: between 10 centimetres and 3 metres, the roll runs without interruption, with 560 mm available in width. You are charged for exactly the size your file has, and nothing is rounded up to full metres. You place company logos, product labels or designs for promotional items so close together on the roll that little space is left unused. A white layer beneath the colours covers the surface, and the protective varnish on top adds the gloss.

Setting up your print files for the custom length

Set up your file as a single-page PDF or PNG, 560 mm wide and in the length you want to order, i.e. between 100 and 3000 mm. We recommend a resolution of 300 dpi and CMYK as the colour space, and fine details should not be below 0.4 mm. If the background should not be printed, it must be set up as transparent. Keep around 10 mm free between the individual designs and set up the file the right way round, i.e. not mirrored. Ordering your custom length

You can add the Pro File Check if needed. Using the multi-upload, upload several single-page PDF or PNG files and set a separate quantity for each roll. The length is read from your file. After reviewing, add the complete selection to the basket.

A file may be no larger than 500 MB. A PDF with several pages does not even make it into the upload, so set up each page as a separate file. If a file needs correcting, we will contact you by email, and you can send a corrected print file by email or via WeTransfer, stating your order number.
