We check the format, colour mode with colour profile and main transparency of your print files before printing. If something is not right, we will contact you and tell you what needs to be adjusted. You correct it and we check again (round 1). If it is still not right, you correct it once more and we check a second time (round 2). After that, a new Pro File Check would be needed.

The Pro File Check does not apply to Designer, express and single design products. It can only be ordered together with a product order and does not include any design work.

Blockout DTF as a half metre, 600 x 500 mm
The half metre of Blockout DTF suits smaller runs on dyed polyester textiles, where dyes can migrate into light areas of the design under the heat of the press. To counter this, the sheet works with a special adhesive that lowers the risk. On a 600 mm width, jersey logos, numbers or mixed designs fit side by side.

Template and print files for the Blockout sheet
You will find the working file for 600 x 500 mm in the Template tab. Delete the guide layers before you export, and if possible set up the sheet at 300 dpi and ISO Coated v2 (ECI), with lines at least 0.4 mm thick. Do not mirror the file, and keep the background transparent. You do not need to set up anything in the file for the Blockout adhesive: no additional layer and no separate colour channel.
Ordinary colour gradients within a design can be printed. Transitions that fade completely into transparency are not recommended, because the white underbase lies beneath them. Check the suitability of the material before a run, especially with impregnations and water-repellent coatings.
How to order the half metre of Blockout
In the first step, decide on the Pro File Check. Then drag your print files into the field, one at a time or several at once, each as a single-page PDF or PNG, and enter the quantity for each file. Once you have checked the quantities, add the selection to your basket.
A file may be no larger than 500 MB. The upload only accepts single-page PDFs; if there are several pages, upload each one individually. If we find an error in a file, you will receive an email and can send the corrected print file by email or via WeTransfer afterwards, always quoting your order number. The product-specific heat press settings are available separately.
