CUT DTF transfer by the metre, 560 x 1000 mm

CUT DTF is suitable for recurring designs that you want to process particularly quickly. You receive the individual transfers pre-cut along your contour. There is no cutting work on the gang sheet for you, all designs come out the same size, and this makes positioning on the textile easier. Tiered prices keep even a larger B2B run predictable.

Use the template and create a CutContour

The working file for 560 x 1000 mm is ready for you in the Template tab. Each design needs its own closed cut line in the file, at least 1 pt thick. Set it up as a spot colour and name it exactly CutContour. Keep at least 5 mm of space in each case, from one cut line to the next as well as from the cut path to the printed design. Print elements should be at least 0.4 mm thick. Set up in CMYK with the ISO Coated v2 (ECI) profile, keep the background transparent, and send us the PDF unmirrored.

How to order CUT DTF transfers by the metre

You can add the Pro File Check if needed; you then upload a print-ready, single-page PDF. Drag and drop several files and enter the matching quantity for each. Finally, check all quantities once more and only then add the CUT DTF transfers by the metre to your basket.

The size limit is 500 MB per file. The upload does not let a multi-page PDF through at all, so each page goes in as a file of its own. If we notice an error in a file, you will be informed by email, and you then send the corrected file by email or via WeTransfer, together with your order number. For pressing, use the current heat press settings.
