DTF Transfer Blockout Designer

Here you put together your own Blockout sheet, directly in your browser and without graphics software. Beneath the ink is a special adhesive that holds back dyes from dyed polyester during pressing.

Please note: You can cancel orders placed via the Designer. To do so, email our customer service at info@dtf-king.de and include your order number. Because we process orders straight away, your order may already be in production. It can then no longer be cancelled. Designer orders cannot be the subject of a complaint, because the software points out errors and problems to you beforehand. No Pro File Check is carried out for Designer orders. There is NO express option for Designer orders.

What the Designer can do

• Upload designs as PNG, JPEG, JPG or PDF
• Remove white backgrounds with one click
• Duplicate, rotate, scale, align, add text and filters
• If you drag a design too large, an orange or red warning triangle warns you
• You can always see how full the sheet is and the price
• IMPORTANT: Nothing is edited or improved graphically in your files, neither by the software nor by us. What you create goes to print as it is

Material and suitability

• From a single piece, high-resolution digital print, four colours plus white
• Durable transfer print that withstands at least 60 washes
• For pure polyester, for blends with at least 40 per cent polyester, not for impregnated textiles and water-repellent coatings
• Test your textile beforehand for resublimation, i.e. dye migration from the fibre

Your print file

• Fine lines and details stay clean from 0.4 mm, 300 dpi at the final print size
• Work in CMYK, no spot colours
• Set up the right way round, i.e. do not mirror
• Make the background transparent, everything on the sheet is printed
• Gradients in the design are possible, but soft edges that fade to transparency towards the edge are not
