Blockout DTF in a custom length

You decide how long your roll will be: between 10 centimetres and 3 metres in one piece, with a print width of 600 mm. Nothing is rounded up to full metres; you pay for the length you set up in your file. You can combine logos, numbers and sponsor designs for jersey sets, teamwear and recurring polyester orders on one roll. The Blockout adhesive against resublimation is part of every transfer; you do not need to set up anything extra for it.

Print files for your roll

Set up your file 600 mm wide and exactly as long as the roll you want to order, between 100 and 3000 mm. Place several designs close together so that as little of the roll as possible stays empty. If possible, set up the file at 300 dpi in the CMYK colour space. We recommend ISO Coated v2 (ECI) as the colour profile. Make the background transparent, create lines at least 0.4 mm thick, and do not mirror the gang sheet.

You can use normal colour gradients within a design or image. You should avoid gradients that fade out into transparency, as every trace of colour is backed with white.

Ordering your custom length step by step

In the first step, choose whether to add the optional Pro File Check. Next comes the upload: single-page files in PDF or PNG format. The length is read from your file. Drag and drop further files and enter the quantity you want for each file. Once everything is set up, add your selection to the basket.

A file may be no larger than 500 MB. The upload does not accept PDFs with several pages, so save each page as a single file. If something is wrong with a file, we will contact you by email, and you can then send the corrected print file by email or via WeTransfer, always quoting your order number. The right values for temperature, pressing time and pressure are listed in the current heat press settings.
