Heat press settings for Standard DTF transfers
Suitable for 100% cotton or cotton blends with a minimum of 70% cotton.
- Temperature: 130 - 140 °C
- Pressing time: 12 - 15 seconds
- Pressure: medium pressure (approx. 3 bar)
- Peel: hot or cold
Tip: When your press opens after pressing, count 1, 2, 3 and then peel off the film quickly and flat.
These values are guidelines for heat presses. Please always take the tolerances of your heat press into account as well.
Heat press settings for Blockout DTF transfers
Suitable for 100% polyester or polyester blends with a minimum of 40% polyester. Not suitable for impregnated or water-repellent coatings.
- Temperature: 120 - 130 °C
- Pressing time: 12 seconds
- Pressure: medium pressure (approx. 3 bar)
- Peel: hot or cold
Tip: When your press opens after pressing, count 1, 2, 3 and then peel off the film quickly and flat.
These values are guidelines for heat presses. Please always take the tolerances of your heat press into account as well.
