DTF Transfer Blockout EXPRESS - BY THE METRE 600 x 1000 mm

Available, delivery time: 1-2 working days
Colour-accurate printing instead of guessing on screen
Your screen glows, a printed textile does not. A monitor mixes colour from light, whereas a DTF transfer mixes it from pigment that sits on the fabric. That is exactly why a shade on the shirt almost always looks different from how it looked on the computer. What you get here is therefore not a screen sample or a paper sample, but a real printed DTF transfer.
The colour chart contains 964 colour swatches, each labelled with its CMYK value underneath. This means colour matching happens before production, including any adjustments, rather than as a correction after the first proof.
The colour chart is delivered on a roll, printed as a DTF transfer.
Colour charts are excluded from complaints. This does not apply to defective colour charts.
Sample Pack All in One: test DTF, UV DTF and sublimation before you order
How a print feels, how sharp its edges are and how well it covers only becomes clear on the finished print, not on screen. That is why the Sample Pack contains test prints of our products and other prints, so you can feel the differences for yourself before you place your first larger order.
These samples are included
- Test print with DTF standard adhesive
- Test print with DTF Blockout adhesive
- Mini colour chart as a sample
- UV DTF standard print as a sample
- UV DTF print in matt as a sample
- UV DTF print in transparent as a sample
- Sublimation print as a sample
Product information "DTF Transfer Blockout EXPRESS - BY THE METRE 600 x 1000 mm"
Express Blockout DTF by the metre, 600 x 1000 mm
Express by the metre is intended for short-notice runs on dyed polyester textiles. The roll is 600 mm wide, so jersey logos, numbers and designs in different sizes fit side by side. The Blockout adhesive reduces dye migration from the material, and express production helps with your tight schedule.
EXPRESS PRODUCTION! Please also select express shipping in the basket! Goods only go out on the same day if express shipping has been booked and the cut-off time has been met.
Cut-off times (German time): We make sure your parcel is dispatched on schedule. Pay in time and supply error-free print files. Please allow for the fact that faulty files or late or incomplete payments can delay dispatch. For everything to run smoothly, payment and error-free print files must be with us by 11:00 at the latest. If you order 10 metres or less, file acceptance only closes at 14:00.
- One metre of express Blockout DTF
- CMYK plus white with Blockout adhesive
- From a single piece, with tiered prices
- For suitable polyester items without impregnation
- Print-ready files, no Pro File Check
Preparing the express metre sheet
Set up the gang sheet at 600 x 1000 mm or use the file in the Template tab. Remove guide layers, the background must be transparent, and for the roll it is best to work with 300 dpi, ISO Coated v2 (ECI) and details at least 0.4 mm thick. You do not need to set up anything for the Blockout adhesive in your file. Do not mirror the sheet. There is no Pro File Check for this item, so every file must be ready for production.
Uploading several files and express shipping
Drag and drop single pages into the upload field and enter the quantity you want for each page. Once everything has been checked, the complete selection goes into the basket in one go. If your order, payment and error-free files are with us by 11:00, we produce on the same working day. For a maximum of 10 metres, files are accepted until 14:00.
A maximum of 500 MB is possible per uploaded gang sheet. Multi-page PDFs are already rejected when you upload them, which is why each page comes as a separate file. If something is wrong, for example a file error, we will contact you by email, and you send us the correction by email or via WeTransfer, always quoting your order number. The roll reaches you fastest if you also book DHL Express, UPS Express or GO! Express Overnight. Alternatively, we will let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.
