Colour-accurate printing instead of guessing on screen
Your screen glows, a printed textile does not. A monitor mixes colour from light, whereas a DTF transfer mixes it from pigment that sits on the fabric. That is exactly why a shade on the shirt almost always looks different from how it looked on the computer. What you get here is therefore not a screen sample or a paper sample, but a real printed DTF transfer.
The colour chart contains 964 colour swatches, each labelled with its CMYK value underneath. This means colour matching happens before production, including any adjustments, rather than as a correction after the first proof.
The colour chart is delivered on a roll, printed as a DTF transfer.
Colour charts are excluded from complaints. This does not apply to defective colour charts.

Express Blockout DTF as a half metre, 600 x 500 mm
This express format is intended for short-notice polyester orders when A3 is too small and a whole metre is too much. The Blockout adhesive reduces dye migration from the textile. A 600 x 500 mm sheet takes several jersey logos or numbers at once, and you can also spread mixed designs for an urgent small run across it.

Cut-off times (German time): We send your parcel on its way on schedule. For that, we need your payment in time and error-free print files. If the files are faulty or the payment arrives late or incomplete, dispatch may be delayed. For everything to run smoothly, payment and error-free print files must be with us by 11:00 at the latest. For order quantities up to 10 metres, we still accept your print files until 14:00.

Template and file set-up for express
In the Template tab, you will find the matching file; your sheet will be exactly 600 x 500 mm. Remove the guide layers before exporting. For printing, we recommend 300 dpi, ISO Coated v2 (ECI) and transparent backgrounds, and the smallest details should be at least 0.4 mm. Do not mirror the file. You do not need to set up anything for the Blockout adhesive in your file. There is no Pro File Check with express, so your files must arrive ready for production straight away.
How to order the Blockout express sheet
Add your single pages by drag and drop, one at a time or several at once, then enter the quantity for each file and add the configuration to your basket. As soon as your order, payment and error-free files are all with us by 11:00, the sheet goes into production on the same working day, and with express shipping it goes out the same day. For up to 10 metres in total, files are accepted until 14:00.
The upload limit is 500 MB per file. The upload turns a multi-page PDF away immediately, which is why you upload each page separately. A file error delays the start of production. We will then contact you by email, and you send us the corrected file back by email or via WeTransfer, quoting your order number. For faster delivery, also choose DHL Express, UPS Express or GO! Express Overnight. You can also collect your order once we have notified you that it is ready.
