Colour-accurate printing instead of guessing on screen
Your screen glows, a printed textile does not. A monitor mixes colour from light, whereas a DTF transfer mixes it from pigment that sits on the fabric. That is exactly why a shade on the shirt almost always looks different from how it looked on the computer. What you get here is therefore not a screen sample or a paper sample, but a real printed DTF transfer.
The colour chart contains 964 colour swatches, each labelled with its CMYK value underneath. This means colour matching happens before production, including any adjustments, rather than as a correction after the first proof.
The colour chart is delivered on a roll, printed as a DTF transfer.
Colour charts are excluded from complaints. This does not apply to defective colour charts.

Express DTF transfer as a half metre, 600 x 500 mm
The half metre Express offers the full roll width for urgent small runs and mixed gang sheets. The 600 x 500 mm sheet holds several chest designs, individual back prints or different logos when a company or club needs something at short notice. Compared with A3, you have more space without having to take a full metre.

Cut-off times (German time): We make sure your parcel goes out within the deadline. Your part: the payment must reach us in time and the print files must be clean. Please bear in mind that faulty files or late or incomplete payments can delay dispatch. For everything to run smoothly, your payment and error-free print file must be with us by 11:00 at the latest. For orders up to 10 metres, the file cut-off is 14:00.

The template for the 600 x 500 mm sheet
In the Template tab, you will find the matching file, and the final size of 600 x 500 mm stays the same. Delete all guide layers before exporting. We recommend 300 dpi and ISO Coated v2 (ECI), plus transparent backgrounds and print elements no thinner than 0.4 mm. Send the file unmirrored and completely print-ready, as there is no Pro File Check with express.
Several designs in one express order
Using the multi-upload, drag and drop individual PDF or PNG pages and set a separate quantity for each file. Then add the configuration to your basket. If your complete order, payment and error-free files are with us by 11:00, your order goes into production on the same working day. For a total quantity of up to 10 metres, we accept files until 14:00.
The upper limit is 500 MB per file. The upload stops multi-page PDFs immediately, so create a separate file for each page. If there are file errors, you will receive an email from us. You can send us a new file by email or via WeTransfer, quoting your order number, but printing only starts once the files are correct. If you want the shipment to arrive on the next working day if possible, also book DHL Express, UPS Express or GO! Express Overnight.
