Express DTF transfer by the metre, 600 x 1000 mm

An express metre of DTF transfer is designed for time-critical runs and larger collections of designs. On the 600 mm wide roll, you place designs in different print sizes, and everything is delivered in one piece as a single continuous sheet. This is particularly useful when workwear has to be ready at short notice, when an event order is due or when a repeat run includes several designs.

Cut-off times (German time): We make sure your shipment is dispatched on time. From you, we need two things: payment that arrives in time and error-free print files. Faulty files or late or incomplete payments may delay dispatch, so please allow for this. For everything to run smoothly, your payment and error-free print files must be received by 11:00 at the latest. If you order up to 10 metres, the file cut-off is 14:00.

Preparing film by the metre for express

Set up the file at 600 x 1000 mm or use the working file under Template. Remove the guide layers before exporting. We recommend 300 dpi and ISO Coated v2 (ECI) as settings; backgrounds should be transparent and lines at least 0.4 mm thick. Do not mirror the gang sheet. You can use ordinary colour gradients, but a gradient into full transparency will not work because of the white underbase. Upload, deadlines and delivery

Drag and drop single pages as PDF or PNG into the upload; several files are possible and each gets its own quantity. Once you have checked your selection, it goes into the basket and you complete the payment. If your order, payment and error-free files are all with us by 11:00, the roll goes through production on the same working day, and with express shipping it goes out the same day. For up to 10 metres in total, files are accepted until 14:00.

A single file can be up to 500 MB. If your PDF has several pages, the upload will not let it through, and you upload each page as its own file instead. If something is wrong with the file, we will contact you by email. You can then send us the corrected single page by email or via WeTransfer, always quoting your order number. Delivery is faster if you also book DHL Express, UPS Express or GO! Express Overnight. How long the parcel then takes is up to the shipping carrier.
