DTF transfer by the metre, 600 x 1000 mm A metre of DTF transfer with a 600 mm roll width is the cost-effective format for runs, large designs and mixed gang sheets. You can fit several designs close together in one file and receive the gang sheet as one continuous length. As your order quantity grows, the tiered prices shown apply and the unit price falls. High-resolution four-colour print with an opaque white layer Available from a single piece, no minimum order value Suitable for 100 per cent cotton and for blends with at least 70 per cent cotton PDF or PNG, set up at exactly 600 x 1000 mm Working file and print files for the roll The prepared file for 600 x 1000 mm is ready for you in the Template tab. The guide layers help you position your designs and must be removed before exporting. You can also build your gang sheet directly in the DTF Designer instead. Set up the file at 300 dpi in the CMYK colour space if possible. We recommend ISO Coated v2 (ECI) as the colour profile. The background should be transparent, lines need to be at least 0.4 mm thick, and the roll must not be mirrored. You can use normal colour gradients within an image or design. We advise against gradients that fade out into transparency, because every trace of colour is backed with white. Step by step to your order First, decide whether you want to add the optional Pro File Check. Then upload your PDF or PNG files, each as a single page. You can add more files by drag and drop and enter how often each one should be printed. Once everything is set up, add your selection to the basket. A file may be no larger than 500 MB. CUT DTF transfer by the metre, 560 x 1000 mm CUT DTF is suitable for recurring designs that you want to process particularly quickly. You receive the individual transfers pre-cut along your contour. There is no cutting work on the gang sheet for you, all designs come out the same size, and this makes positioning on the textile easier. Transparent UV DTF rub-on stickers by the metre A metre of UV DTF Transparent is designed for runs on glass and light-coloured hard surfaces. The metre sheet measures 560 x 1000 mm, and you arrange logos, lettering and different design variants on it so that as little space as possible is left unused. It is printed without white, so the surface shows through and creates a deliberately transparent effect. Plenty of space for runs, without a white base Printed in CMYK, with a protective varnish on top Available from a single piece, with lower tiered prices for larger quantities Intended for labels on glass, logos on windows and light-coloured product surfaces Applied without heat The print file for the transparent metre sheet Set up your file as a PDF or PNG with one page in the format 560 x 1000 mm. As soon as A3 becomes too small, this long format is the right choice for light-coloured polyester textiles and for suitable sublimation items. During pressing, the ink passes into the material, so the item feels exactly the same afterwards as it did before. You can combine several logos or different design variants on one sheet. As no white layer is printed, the colours remain translucent and their effect visibly depends on the surface. DTF transfers for cotton and blends
Standard DTF is the versatile choice for textiles made of 100% cotton and suitable cotton blends. The transfers offer high opacity, brilliant colours and good stretch, on light and dark fabrics alike.
Order your DTF transfers in A4, A3 or as DTF film by the metre with a maximum print width of 600 mm. Depending on the product, you can choose half a metre, one metre or a custom length of up to three metres in one piece. You can order one design in any quantity as a single design. You receive your designs fully produced and can apply them straight away with your heat press, without any weeding.
Note: A4 and A3 prints are not trimmed to the respective final format.

This gives you more space than A3 without having to take a complete metre straight away. This size makes sense whenever you need several back prints, mixed logos or small runs for workwear, clubs and events. High-resolution DTF print in CMYK plus white From a single piece, with tiered prices For 100 per cent cotton and cotton blends with at least 70 per cent cotton Full roll width for a flexible design layout Upload as a single-page PDF or PNG Template for the half metre Use the file in the Template tab or build your sheet in the DTF Designer. The required final size is 600 x 500 mm. Remove the guide layers before exporting. If possible, create your designs at 300 dpi, work with the ISO Coated v2 (ECI) profile, make backgrounds transparent and keep individual elements at least 0.4 mm thick. Send the file unmirrored. Gradients within closed areas can be printed. It is better to avoid gradients that fade into transparency, because a white underbase is created wherever there is still colour information. How to put together your half metre Decide whether the Pro File Check should be included before you upload. Then add your single-page PDF or PNG files by drag and drop. Enter the quantity you want for each file and then send the finished configuration to your basket. The price tier depends on the quantity ordered. Each file may be up to 500 MB. DTF transfer in A3, 297 x 420 mm A DTF transfer in A3 gives you room for a larger back or front print, several chest logos or a combination of different design sizes. It works well for smaller B2B orders, repeat runs and personalised textiles, because A3 sits right between A4 and film by the metre. As your quantity increases, the tiered pricing applies automatically and the unit price goes down. No trimming: The sheet is not trimmed to A3 format. Four-colour print with an opaque white layer Production from a single sheet For 100 per cent cotton and cotton blends with at least 70 per cent cotton Single-page PDF or PNG file Working file for A3 Create your gang sheet at the final size of 297 x 420 mm or use the file in the Template tab. We will not adapt the sheet to A3 format later, either by trimming or by scaling. For clean edges, it is best to set up your file at 300 dpi, work in CMYK with ISO Coated v2 (ECI), remove the background and keep lines at least 0.4 mm thick. Delete any guide layers before saving. Please do not mirror the file. Normal image and colour gradients are possible. If semi-transparent transitions extend into a completely invisible area, the white underbase may display them differently from what you see on screen. How to order several A3 files If you like, first add the Pro File Check and then upload your print-ready single pages as PDF or PNG. In the multi-upload, each file gets its own quantity. Blockout DTF
Blockout DTF for polyester and critical textiles
A special adhesive reduces the risk of dyes from the textile migrating into the printed design. Blockout DTF is therefore particularly suitable for polyester, softshell, jerseys, running shirts and other textiles with an increased risk of dye migration.
As textiles and dyes can behave differently, we always recommend a material test before larger production runs.
CUT Blockout DTF by the metre, 560 x 1000 mm CUT Blockout DTF combines a special adhesive for dyed polyester textiles with contour-cut individual designs. The designs on the sheet are all the same size, can be removed without cutting by hand and are therefore easier to position on jerseys or teamwear. For designs that are needed again and again, and for larger B2B quantities, this saves you working time. The Blockout adhesive reduces dye migration, which is most likely to become visible with red, orange, neon colours and dark shades. As long as film by the metre is not yet worthwhile, the sheet is the right size for individual orders and top-ups. Set it up at exactly the final size of 297 x 420 mm, as the sheet is neither trimmed nor scaled afterwards. When exporting, 300 dpi makes sense, with CMYK as the colour space and ISO Coated v2 (ECI), plus a transparent background and details no smaller than 0.4 mm. Do not mirror the file. You do not need to worry about the Blockout adhesive in the file; production takes care of that. Depending on how the polyester item is dyed, migration can vary in strength. If a larger customer run is coming up, test beforehand on exactly the material and batch that will be used later. How to order the Blockout sheet in A3 First comes the question of whether you want to add the optional Pro File Check. Then upload your single-page PDF or PNG files, several at once if you like, and enter the quantity you want for each file. If you are planning a jersey or softshell run, use the small sheet to test the specific material batch first while keeping the effort low. With coloured polyester textiles in particular, the textile dye can migrate into the design after pressing. The adhesive of the Blockout transfer counteracts this resublimation and supports a clean, colourfast print result.
Typical applications are jerseys, running shirts, softshell jackets and workwear. With unknown or multicoloured materials, you should test the application beforehand.
UV DTF
UV DTF stickers for many surfaces
UV DTF stickers are rub-on transfers for glass, metal, plastic, ceramics and other suitable surfaces. You need neither a heat press nor heat, and there is no weeding.
The stickers adhere strongly and are suitable for many indoor and outdoor applications. The surface should be as smooth, clean, grease-free and dust-free as possible.
Note: UV DTF stickers are not food-safe. Do not apply them to the rims of cups and glasses or to surfaces that come into direct contact with food.
Glossy UV DTF rub-on stickers by the metre A metre of UV DTF Standard is suitable for runs, larger designs and mixed gang sheets on hard objects. Glasses, bottles, tins and boxes
Decorate glasses, water bottles, lunch boxes, storage containers, tins, laptops and other suitable objects with detailed, full-colour designs.
First clean the surface, peel off the lower backing film and position the design. Press the sticker down evenly and then carefully peel off the upper transfer film, without a press and without heat.
Sublimation
Sublimation transfers for light-coloured polyester items
In sublimation printing, the ink passes permanently into the suitable surface. The design cannot be felt afterwards and has no raised print edge.
The process is suitable for light-coloured textiles with a polyester content of at least 80% and for suitably coated sublimation items. Different materials and blanks may require different heat press settings.
Sublimation transfer 500 x 1100 mm Express This express product is intended for short-notice sublimation orders on light-coloured polyester textiles and coated blanks. The long format takes either several designs or a single large print. During pressing, the ink passes into the material and does not sit on top as a layer you can feel. EXPRESS PRODUCTION! Typical applications are mugs, water bottles, mouse mats, cushions and phone cases with a suitable sublimation coating. You supply the design, we produce the matching transfer. Durability and dishwasher resistance depend on the blank used and its coating.

From what quantity can I order DTF transfers?
You can order from a single piece. There is neither a minimum quantity nor a minimum order value, regardless of whether you choose A4, A3 or DTF film by the metre.
Do I need to mirror my designs?
No. Upload your file exactly as the design should later appear on the textile. We take care of mirroring for production.
Which file format do I need?
Upload your print files as PNG or PDF at the desired print size and with sufficient resolution. If the background should not be printed, it must be transparent. An existing white background will be printed as part of the design.
If you are unsure, you can book the Pro File Check before production.
How long does a DTF transfer last?
Our DTF transfers are tested for at least 60 wash cycles and are washable at 30 °C. For the longest possible durability, we recommend washing the textile inside out.
Which heat press settings do I use for DTF transfers?
Temperature, pressing time and pressure depend on the chosen transfer and textile. You will find the right values in our heat press settings. For unknown materials, we recommend a test before series production.
When will my express order be dispatched?
If confirmed payment and complete, error-free print files arrive by 11:00 (German time), we dispatch your express order on the same working day. For express orders of up to ten metres in total, an extended cut-off time until 14:00 applies.
This requires selecting the designated express option in the basket. Same-day dispatch does not mean guaranteed delivery on the same day.
